Took a drive to Genoa from Rockford and saw this little local bakery and decided to stop in. Glad we did! Enjoyed the muffins and danish. Happy that small towns still have bakeries. What a treat!
Very nice local bakery! Delicious cake pops, canolis, cookies. They even make hot breakfast sandwiches and smoothies!

Visited Latsis for the 1st time today, and I am very impressed! I had Boston creme donuts, iced emoji cookies, and a strawberry cheesecake. It was all delectable! Super friendly people, and great prices! What a wonderful local bakery!
John and his family bake the most incredible pies and cakes I have ever had. I grew up in a large family with lots of baking going on always and Johns pies blow Moms homemade ones away. (Mom even said so!) From his hand picked apples to made from scratch creme bruele and flacky home made crusts.... they are just incredible!!!
