If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered an $80 arrangement from FTD to be delivered to my mother for mother's day. The arrangement delivered looked nothing like the picture. After calling FTD, they promised to send another arrangement. This is where things get sketchy. The florist from Everything Floral calls my mom and proceeds to tell her that she is not going to send another one because the first one is fine. Again, it looked nothing like the picture on the website. My mom said we would just dispute the charges and the florist continued to harass her saying that if she wasn't going to be paid from FTD that she would come and pick up the flowers! WHAT? I can't believe that a large company like FTD would have such an unprofessional florist on their staff. She actually refused to do what FTD promised us. And why in the world did she call my MOTHER when I was the one that ordered and paid for the flowers? The worst part is this was supposed to be something nice and now my mom is just stressed. Terrible customer service, terrible flower arrangement! If you want a nice arrangement, do not use this company!........UPDATE...THE FLORIST/OWNER JUST WENT TO MY MOM'S HOUSE 2 DAYS LATER TO PICK UP THE ARRANGEMENT!!! REALLY? AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN CALL FIRST!??!! Super bad business model. And so strange!
Very nice people I had no issues at all , actually very nice customer service! I'm not sure why people leave such poor reviews for businesses .. Anyways thank you everything floral looking forward to seeing the lovely plants we ordered! I'm going off of my experience kudos to you...
